I conduct research about various facets of UX. This includes the state of the field, as well as insights into the relationship between UX professionals and UX employers. The goal is to help employers and UX professionals make better decisions, and for organizations to understand how they can better leverage UX talent through gaining a better understanding of the UX profession.
